In this section I will teach you how you can identify your strengths and then how to outsource those things that are not your strengths.
Looking at this above, you can see that my strengths are those that I mentioned in the video which are mainly creative execution and vision, ability to manage teams, ability to close deals and create partnerships and be the spokesperson and face of the brand.
Each and everyone of these members have their own strengths that help them add the most value to our brand, but also help me do what is most valuable for me to do as well.
